I was a little skeptical buying this because of the reviews. But im glad I did. It is easy to use, easy to clean and my kids love it . The cherry flavor is awesome. The only downfall is not much cotton candy on stick, but that might just be operator error.

Surprisingly better than expected! Ordered for my daughter's birthday in August. She reaaaaally wanted a cotton candy machine... before buying it I looked up all the reviews and a bunch of videos ( including YouTube videos) and I gotta say it: watch the videos before buying one using for the first time..it's extremely helpful! It helps you how to get the hang of it... the first or second might not be as perfect or even very small...but the more you do it, the better it gets...the secret is to keep spinning the cone fast on the sides to catch the cotton candy. It does make a mess but it's relatively easy to clean with warm/ hot water! It also works great with flossugar..we got different flavors and the kids love it! It was worth the purchase! ... show more

We love this! easy to assemble and dis-assemble for cleaning. BUT it’s difficult to properly ‘catch’ the cotton candy on the paper cones, the ‘bowl’ should be deeper & wider in my opinion, definitely. There isn’t much space between the ‘spinner’ & the sides of the bowl, too close to the spinner with the cone & it melts the cotton candy you’ve rolled up. Maybe though it’s user error(me) & it will get better with practice. Other than my difficulties it works great, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to put away! At $60+ it’s pretty much the same as the $40 machines though, but you do get cotton candy & the kids love it so I’m happy too ... show more

We could not get this to work like we wanted, UNTIL we watched the 30 second video! You have to hold or hover the paper cone HORIZONTALLY over the machine and it will grab the cotton candy and make large, fluffy cotton candy cones. States as such in the instructions, but, instinct was to hold it vertically the moment it started. I did remove the top plastic guard which helped a lot! ... show more

This is super fun, and my daughters love it, they are 14 and 11. It takes some practice to be able to twirl the cotton candy onto the cones. But after a few tries, we were able to do it pretty well. The flavors are amazing! The machine itself is SUPER easy to clean as well. It comes apart and goes back together very well. We also learned not to do more than two batches in a row, it gets clogged up and the sugar doesn't spin out very well. It works best if you let it warm up for about 10 minutes before putting the sugar in. We love it! ... show more

Bought it last year for my daughter’ s bday party but got very disappointed since we couldn’t use it. It takes a very long time to make one which makes it impossible to utilize it during bday parties etc.., plus the quality is bed. So we ended up not using it and I had to toss the entire machine recently cause I realized that it’s just taking space but it’s not functional. I think the only ones that work well are the larger ( professional) ones. ... show more

It makes cotton candy as advertised but cleaning it is a job all in itself!!! Absolute pain in the a@$ to get clean, to the point that you consider putting it away dirty!
