I have purchased and returned two of these products because they have both stopped working w/ less than 60 minutes of time. Purchased a heavy duty extension cord, used the appropriate outlet, and the boiler unit simply stops working after 3-4 uses, less than 60 minutes of actual on time. It is easy to set up, and thankfully, easy to break down for the returns. I suggest spending a little more money to get a more durable unit. This is clearly cheaply made. ... show more

It does get hot it was fun for about 2weeks then the zipper broke so no way to hold the steam now and also the steamer device is falling apart the thing is just very cheap china stuff

I purchased this for my wife and I. We have used it multiple times and enjoy it very much. As long as you clean it, wipe it down after use at minimum between washing, you shouldn't have any issues. Gets very hot. Feels great. Glad we purchased it. I will say I'm 6'2" and my head touches the ceiling but I can stand up if needed. ... show more

I love this steam room except for the zipper pull broke on the first day and almost 10 uses in the zipper likes to split. If you go back and forth with the zipper you can usually fix it but it can be frustrating when you are trying to get in and not let the steam out. The steam unit works well and have not had any issues with it. It does take some elbow grease to open and close the lid but that is to keep a good seal. It went up easy and is a nice color. The chair is tiny so unless you weigh 90lbs you will probable want a bigger chair with arms. ... show more
