  • Dislike branding issue but all in all it is a good product for the price paid.
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. The video attached shows how the keyboard is published on Amazon's page as Costzon Bx II and on the item's video shows about bt connectivity, which is not completely true, it is a very limited and strange way of bt connectivity. Also shows that it comes with a music stand, which is not true. All in all is not that bad for the money you pay and as a beginner's tool to start learning piano, although the sound is not as good as in the video and I haven't tested the alleged midi connection yet. Update 09/15/2020: using good headphones or external speaker system the sound improves 200%. I was worried about the sound of the lower notes to the left, but with the headphones or speakers is a different story. I really recommend this product for beginners and learning. The midi function works with Presonus DAW via USB connection to the PC. Waiting for a usb to midi connection and female to female usb adapter to try to connect midi directly to Presonus usb audio box 96. ... show more

  • Incredible bang for your buck!!
Color: Black
Oh boy I bought this for my mother because her organ died. I let her borrow my $2500 Roland Fantom. She loved the 76 note keyboard so I figured I'd buy an 88 note for her. I found this Cozton for $169 and figured I'd try it out. At least it has midi so if it sounds like crap, I'd just play it through a sound module. 88 keys for under $500!!! It is not weighted keys like a piano, it plays like an organ. The resistance is a bit more than an organ or synth but not much more. This would be great for beginners, and convenient for professionals. Again, it's $160 for 88 keys!! I opened it up, took it out of the bag, and it was pretty decent looking. I hit the power button and it turned on!! Never saw that it ran on batteries. The USB power thing looks like a pain in the... But it's only $160!!! I started playing it and it sounded nice. Did it sound like my Fantom, or my rack of sound modules? No, but I didn't spend $15,000 like my wall of synthesizers! I was shocked. I haven't plugged it into an amp yet but my mother won't need it that loud anyway. I may even buy one for myself just to keep downstairs to record ideas. If you're going to transport it, I would get a hard shell case for it because it's super light and long. That way when you whack it against a wall it's OK. I'm not a fan of bags!! The people who say it sounds bad don't realize how much 88 keys cost. It sounds great for a $160 keyboard. I may update later. The bad reviews got me angry. ... show more

  • I don't recommend it, but if you ONLY have $200.00 then I suppose it's okay...
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. I am going to be objective as possible... I rated this piano four stars because I think this is exactly what it's worth for something that's less that $200.00. I think the biggest thing this specific keyboard has to offer is its portability. It weighs probably weighs less than 20Ibs, and the battery life for this is fairly good. I will admit it is convenient, especially as it is very slim, so easy to store. If you are only willing to pay $200 for a piano then this is probably pretty good. HOWEVER, in my opinion I really did not enjoy the product. If you are a beginner, I would stay away away from this. It feels... cheap. The keys feel cheap, the sound sounds cheap, and the sustain pedal does not feel "correct." A beginner should get something that sounds good and has an authentic feel to encourage practice. I STRONGLY suggest you get something that is a little more pricey and resembles an actual piano. I attached a video so you can see the type of sound that it creates. Bear with me as I am a beginner, and the keys feel wildly different from normal keys. I bought this because I am military and I needed something small and portable as I am away from my actual piano for a couple of months. I will admit I have been practicing less because of the crappy techie sound it produces, it gives me a headache. If you are serious about learning piano, I recommend you spend about $500.00 - $1000.00 for a good piano. The Fur Elise clip is without the sustain pedal and the next two pieces are me holding down the sustain pedal. I hope this helps someone! ... show more

  • amazing for the price point
Color: Black
this is great. i have wanted to learn a little piano for a while now, but i assumed they would be too expensive. at first, i was just looking for a full size midi keyboard, but when i got into it i realized just how cheap the entry level is. and for that money you actually get quite a bit! the keyboard has 125 sounds (mostly just different electric piano and basic sample based sounds). it has a metronome, a drum machine, a playback feature and a transpose feature. it does work as a midi keyboard, although there is a lot of latency. i have a usb audio interface and it still has a lot of lag, but i can record line in directly, so that may not be the biggest deal. it's hard to speak to quality, as this is my first and only electric keyboard experience, but it all seems satisfactory to me. the one major complaint i have is that the charger that came with it was bent. fortunately, it uses a generic micro usb charge port, so i can get a replacement easily. overall great for beginners, and maybe even beyond if you have the creativity. ... show more
