    • Decals wouldn't stick and others fell off during first use

Most of the decals/stickers would not stick to the truck or they fell off during the first use. Without the stickers on, the truck looks like it's much older and worn out than it actually is.

The media could not be loaded. My kids (and I) absolutely adore this truck. Seriously if you’re looking for an RC vehicle for your kid, get this one. The remote control gives us piece of mind, charging is easy, and the materials are high quality. Details below. Features the kids love: - Plays Music (preset tunes, radio, and Bluetooth) - Horn Noise - 2 speed modes Features I as a parent love: - Remote Control. This controller is the best. My kids are still young (2 & 1) and we primarily take it around the block. It is critical I feel safe going up to intersections knowing I can stop the car as a backup. It has the option to go forward, backwards, steer, and a parking brake. I also love you can press forward when the truck is in slow mode to give the truck a speed boost across the street. - Easy to charge. Seats come off easy and it’s just a little plug to recharge - Long battery life. This thing lasts hours on concrete. We go on multiple long trips to the park before it needs to be charged. It only fully died once on us after using in grass for extended period of time. - 2 Speeds. Okay the fast speed is like really fast on the concrete. Think jogging pace. It’s unacceptable going for a walk. But it is perfect when driving in grass. - Seat belts. Safety first. - Ease of assembly. It didn’t take long to put together and the the quality of the materials is good. Note - we did take off the side mirrors and the overhead light frame. The side mirrors came off because of limited garage space. The frame was removed just because it didn’t stay secured very well. We tested the limits of this truck and as you can see in the video it hauled around my 130 lb wife with ease. ... show more

The build was easy. The remote is awesome but the steering is jerky ,difficult to hold strait. The fit for my one year old was surprising good. I expected to have to strap her in with a pillow or something at first but she fits it well. I do need to figure out how to get the seatbelt to tighten a little more than currently allowed. The amount of joy she is experiencing and the laughs/smiles she is producing is priceless. After three outings we cannot be more please. Hopefully it will last. ... show more

I would not recommend if you want to put together this truck and use with no additional work. If you are handy then this is a fun buy. There are several issues with the product. First, the instructions weren’t the best but assembly is common sense. There was no warranty or recall information included. Second, the rear bumper support frame did not fit properly. Third, the rear window assembly is really easy to pop off once assembled. Fourth, the hood was already attached, but the part the screws attach to was broken. Therefore, the hood doesn’t stay attached on one side. Fifth, (and most importantly) after charging the recommended time, the car would not go at all when not on the charger. When on the charger, the lights and radio would work and it would move less than an inch. Finally, I took the screws out of the battery and found one of the connectors was bent and the receptacle didn’t fit tight. I was able to adjust with a pair of pliers. The car now works but does occasionally miss. The remote has to be reset and speed adjusted every time the car is turned off. I contacted the company about the hood and the battery. They did refund $120 for me to find someone local to fix it. As for the truck, my kid loves it. There are a lot of moving parts to entertain him. Driving through the neighborhood everyone compliments him on his nice truck. Overall, I would have expected a better quality product for the cost. ... show more

Super cool truck, headlights and tail lights look awesome. Customer service sucks, truck wouldn't turn on when it arrives and found the battery terminal was broke during shipping, it was an easy fix once I found it but customer service was no help and slow to respond, all the stickers fall off very quickly, remote is ok but it is nice it can lock out truck controls while parked so they can play in it without driving it, for my 3 year old but my 1 year old likes to sit in it and dance to the music. Would be 5 stars if it didn't show up damaged and if customer service was more helpful ... show more

This product was what it was advertised to be. I bought it for my grandchildren and I watched my engineer son assemble it. It comfortably fit 2 under 5 year old children. Being able to have a parent control the toy truck from a couple hundred feet away was key for my purchase. This worked without a hitch. The kids liked the controls, but would have liked a few more workable lights. The plastic parts appear to be solid enough. The main issue I had with the product is the instructions. Fortunately, my son is an engineer and was able through trial and error to assemble the toy truck without damaging any parts. The front and rear tires are different, yet they weren't labeled and the instructions provided no way to identify them. The instructions were lacking in other areas also. There was a loose wire in the battery that caused the toy to not work initially. The cover on the battery had to be removed to find the problem. After solving the assembly problems, he children are really enjoying their truck. ... show more
