    FINAL UPDATE REGARDING CALIBRATION: To bring the oven temperature up, DECREASE the calibration until you get to the correct temp. To take the oven temperature down, INCREASE the calibration until you get to the correct temp. Seems backward and it's not mentioned in the manual, but the company is now aware of it and will hopefully note it in their next manual. Love this high-quality oven! UPDATE: After many fruitless emails to and from Customer Support, we contacted COSMO Escalations department. Sean in Escalations patiently worked with us as we described and listed our concerns with an unusable oven. We requested the new circuit board again on 10/6/2022 and received it 10/15/2022. We installed it ourselves as area technicians are too far away and costly. The oven again heated up way over the set temperature. There seemed to be no recourse. However, my husband had an idea. Instead of calibrating the oven downward to decrease the heat to the correct temperature, he calibrated it upward by about 27 degrees F and it worked! We are now in the process of calibrating each setting: Bake, Proof, Warm, etc. I would not recommend ordering this brand again unless you are in a city with nearby technicians. The oven is beautiful, but the circuit board is faulty somehow. At any rate, we're stuck with it and we will adjust and use it as-is. UPDATE: It could be that the circuit board is faulty. We have today (9/30/22) requested a new one from COSMO. We haven't heard back from them yet, but we are hopeful. The oven itself is gorgeous and appears to be full of quality; however, it seems the thermostat is not connected to either oven and so the heating elements never go off when the temperature reaches the desired level. As a result, I've had scorched veggies and next-to-burned cookies. A cake that is supposed to take 40 minutes to bake, baked in 18 minutes! COSMO customer support could not, they said, find a technician to repair the electronics. We have gone above and beyond to work with COSMO, doing our part to the best of our ability and with goodwill. We are trying to find someone in our area to repair it.       • This is a piece of junk. I have had nothing but problems with this unit Cosmo will not talk to you
    I think it looks nice. It just doesn't work well. It does not heat properly. It actually heats about 50 degrees higher than I set it for. I bought an oven temperature to check. I bake cakes for friends, family and co-workers about 2-3 a week but I have to keep adjusting the temperature and I am afraid to even give a cake to anyone because of this issue. Cosmo will never get another dime of my money. Amazon I suggest you find someone else to purchase double ovens from. This is not acceptable on any level. If you purchase a double oven, you should be able to use it daily and I can't even do that. It is just sitting in the corner looking pretty and Cosmo wants to accuse me of using it for commercial use because I love to bake, so they are stating there agreement says I can only bake at a bare minimum with there appliance. COSMO does not talk to you on the phone, they will only chat and or email. What is that all about? I begged them to call me and they told me they were not allowed. AMAZON I beg you to get involved in this company and their garbage or cut ties with them. This is bad for your business because I plan to let the world know about this one. ... show more

But, I digress, very large interior, very quite, easy touch touch button controls, well packaged to minimize any shipping damage. had one spot on top of oven that was sheet metal damage. totally superficial.     The doors are so big I have to stand to the side to put things in the oven and to take hot dishes out is precarious. I have only used it a few times but the temperature seems right.

    Everything went perfect with the delivery and even picking room of choice . My dad asked them to unpack it to check for damages the company was polite and respectful and did unwrap it and taken out the package it came in to trash . Our old oven box was to small since my brother in law is a carpenter and knows electric as well he was hired to do the cabinet box and install . Once I get the paint done I'm sure it will look awesome . The old oven box added shelves to place microwave toaster oven and bread machine worked out well beings this house has a double pantry that we used to make it happen . ... show more

    Fit and finish is great. Works awesome. We had it professionally installed and cabinets had a smaller oven so carpenter was able to open the hole up. Looks amazing and it cooks so much better than the old oven. I can say this is in a whole nother league of its own.

    GREAT PRODUCT!!!! We're really pleased with this product. The first one arrived with the door glass broken, but Amazon in a few days, came back, picked it up and delivered another one. One thing you need to know about this oven, IT IS COMMERCIAL, THEREFORE YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN SETTING THE TEMPERATURE. IT GETS REALLY REALLY HOT AND BAKES FAST.
