Got this in the color brown and it looks just like what is pictured, if anything just a tad darker. Everything works well and the massage feature is very nice. It heats up quite well on the heat function too. We really like the holder on the side of the chair that holds the remote as well as having a pocket on each side of the chair to put magazines in, etc. It's nice to have a port to plug your phone charger into and then you can put your phone in one of those pockets as it charges.     • It feels a little wobbly when using recline
I came home and my husband had already put it together. It was a tiny bit more involved from what the video showed. You had to make sure to "clip" things together. But he knew that from other recliners we owned. When I push the button to recline, the chair wobbles a little... as if it's not level (but it is). There's enough wobble to make me uneasy about using the feature to help you exit the chair (I don't need this, but I'm scheduled for back surgery and was told I may need assistance. It's nice looking and comfortable which is why it rated a "4" from me. The massage and heat are really nice features, too. Don't let this review stop you from buying it. I think you will like it.     • Terrible chair, terrible company
Shame I can't give negative stars for my rating. Don't waste your money! I got this chair in November for my elderly mother. Received it and put it together, that part was easy. It does not recline 160 degrees, I don't think it's even close. I still feel like I'm sitting up. It is not overstuffed. The seat is very uncomfortable and very shallow for a chair that's supposed to have a deep seat. There's no overstuffing at all in the seat. I fell asleep in it and wound up with a bruise on my hip! I tried to return it. I contacted the company. I explained all of the things that were bad with the chair and why I was trying to return it. They counter offered to credit me $200 to keep it. It would cost more than that to return it! I got a quote from the UPS store, to package it and ship it, it was around $300! The last contact I had with them stated that partial refund has processed and that there should be a credit on my credit card statement. Well....there hasn't been any kind of credit on my statement! I've been going round and round with them for approximately a month or so. They must do this on purpose so you give up. I would never buy anything from this company again. ... show more

Easy to assemble, comfortable, works great except lift operations buttons are down on the right side and not on a separate remote which is described in the text and shown in the the images used to promote it. I specifically got this chair for the independent controls because I cannot use my right arm. Now the chair is useless to me because I can’t recline it or use the lift function unless someone operates it for me. . I see now that there are many less expensive models offered by other companies that should have bought. I was not able to assemble it myself but the family members that did it for me said that it was very easy. ... show more

The chair slides forward so it does not hit the wall, I bought for my husband after searching since august, I would find a chair and delivery would be 6 weeks! I ordered this chair and it came in a few days! Massage and heat! Also will pick you up if needed!

chair looked great and worked great for the first five months then the leather started peeling off the one arm, contacted the co. and was told too bad . Contacted Amazon and they said because of what the seller told my there was nothing they could do. The chair still works but looks like a piece of crap and at 76 years old I'm now stuck with it! a total waste of 600.00 ... show more
