Arrive in a box. Easy to unpack and setup. I quickly get used to the new mattress and start sleeping comfortably. The mattress provides support to my back and hip area. Haven't woke up with any discomfort so far. Sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night because it get hot, but after switching to this mattress I haven't had this issue.     • Short mattress.
This bed is short. About 5 inches shorter that than my last mattress. The base sticks out far enough that I can set 2 cups side by side without them falling off. I'm 5'10 so if I lay with my feet relaxed, they hang off the bed. I'd have to keep my feet flexed to stay on the bed. Laying on it, it's firm but not too uncomfortable. I wanted something more plush. I'll know in the morning if it's too firm. I let my hip tell me. I have a quilted topper on my bed, about 2 inches thick. It will definitely be too firm without. I may just suffer for a few years and get me a better bed. After night one- my hip does not hurt but my back does in the shoulder blades. If I sleep in my back or stomach I don't think it'll bother me. I'll update again in a few days. Ok, it's been a few weeks. With the topper, I can sleep. My hip is starting to be bothered but not nearly as bad as my last bed did. I toss and turn a little more than usual so that may be why my hip doesn't hurt. I'll be ok for a while. ... show more

I just purchased this for my RV. We are very impressed with the comfort of this mattress. It took less than 24 hours for it to decompress and reach its size of 10 inches. This mattress is firm with a level of softness. It was easy to place upon the platform. You will need 2 people tho for it has a little bit of weight to it. There is an outer plastic roll and then a plastic that covers the mattress so there was no danger on the mattress exploding open and hurting anyone. The mattress is comfortable and a good deal. Only issue I have is that I ordered a full size and received a Full XL. Didn’t know that was an option. The mattress is too big for our box spring.

Update: Over six months later, still very happy with this mattress. It holds its shape nicely without "sinkholes" or becoming lumpy. Very happy with our purchase. It's been a few weeks since we got our mattress and we are extremely pleased. I have old back injuries from takin falls riding horses and later on, loading cargo onto planes. As a result, our last mattress, a store bought pillow top, just couldn't cut it. I was always stiff and sore in the mornings. I bought this mattress after carefully reading through hundreds of reviews on multiple mattresses. What sold me on it is provides good support without being too hard and causing pressure point pain. Very dense sturdy mattress. My toddler is graduating from a crib to a bed because she’s very big. Hubby was concerned at first because when it was squished in the package it looked bigger than the bed frame but once it inflated it was the exact right size. It’s thick probably thicker than my queen and has about 2-3 inches of memory foam. I’m glad to have this because now I can be in the bed with her to read stories and from what I’ve felt it is very comfortable. Definitely could be our lounge bed during the day when she wants to play in the same room as us. I think the only thing I would add is handles.
