This is a great radiator and bolted right in and all fittings were solid. Did not have to change anything. Only reason a 4 star is the transmission cooler is a little small when towing a heavy load uphill. Have to keep the RPM’s to a minimum to not boil the transmission fluid. I gave the product 5 stars because of the fit, finish and quality. Since I’m not sure who’s at fault for the day late delivery, I can’t knock the product.     • One Big Problem

This radiator fit like a glove. However, the hose barbs that are installed for the transmission fluid cooler do not make sense at all. The transmission lines on a Ford F-250 are hard lines that utilize a spring retention fitting. I was able to remove the proper fittings from my old radiator, but the hose barbs on the new radiator aren’t threaded the same. The hose barbs are course threads, while the OEM spring retention fittings are fine threads. What are they thinking? In order to utilize the OEM transmission coolant lines and fittings, I had to apply high temp pipe dope and carefully torque in the fittings without cracking the new radiator. If they are not going to provide the appropriate fittings, at least thread the radiator so a person can utilize the OEM fittings off the old radiator. This ended up being a bit of a spoiler and will result in a downgrade to one star should these fittings end up leaking. Other than this major fail, the radiator is quite nice. ... show more

Early 2004 F250 6.0 Lots of dented fins right out of yhe box. In fact about 10 times the amount of that on the original The threaded mounting bolts that holds the fan cowling tight to the rad at the top were welded slightly off and it made it extremely difficult to attach the cowling. Had to enlarge the cowling holes and use an extra washer to mount it. Inam sure there are better suppliers for this product. Or maybe that is just the quality one can expect these days. ... show more

First it looked like the package was kicked and thrown ripped up and retaped. Mounting tabs were bent. One of the mounting legs for fan broken. No connectors in the box to connect fan to wiring. No clear wire schematics . With that being said the fan and shroud assy. looks very well made so don't think other issues with manufacture more from packaging or carrier. ... show more

Had to change out one fitting at the bottom of the radiator, but was able to figure it all out despite being a total novice. It helped that I had a neighbor’s truck lift at my disposal.
