June 28, 2023 Received my package on time. Packaging was good, the box it came in was still intact. Each case was wrapped in foamy liner and plastic to prevent them from scratching. All locks opened on the 0000 as expected. They are a little finicky to put back into the lock. So if you’re dexterity is poor, might not be able to secure the zippers into the lock. But I imagine it’s similar to other cases. The wheels are great. The nesting is snug and takes some maneuvering, but they all fit well inside of each other. The pink is just the tiniest bit lighter than the photo, but still has that soft coral hue to it, so it’s not a baby pink. The only problem I have seen on initial out of the box inspection, is the trim around the zipper on my 20” case. Cut is somewhat warped and doesn’t lay flat (see picture). The rest of the cases are fine. Excited for the cases though. My husband and I travel a lot for work, so will be able to really put them to the test. ... show more

I have had these for a few months now. I bought these since I was planning a trip out of the country that my little carry on was not going to be sufficient for. As a tester for the smallest suitcase, I did take it on a small weekend trip out of town as a carry on to see if it would be accepted, (the answer is yes, at least for Southwest airlines). And it worked well for its purpose, it does have more room than my other carry on, and moved very well! Move to a couple months later, I'm using and checking the biggest size for my trip to Europe. And I'll tell you, it went through a good workout! It's hard to say whether it's a pro or a con, but when I received my luggage upon landing in Europe the logo lag had been lost, and there were some scrapes and bruises. It's hard to determine if it just wasn't cared for in travel, or if it's cheap. It is totally possible it is both, as the material does feel thin, but if it was just thrown around, it didn't bust. I say that's a plus! I did a lot of walking and public transport while in Europe, and I will say this got some mileage! Bumpy cobblestone pathways, multiple train rides, the wheels pulled through! Rarely snagging, although the bottom of the suitcase would hit the ground every once and while, although that was probably through my own error. I think these are worth a buy, once again the material does feel a little cheap, but with the trip I took with these, I'd say they proved their worth. Traveled on American Airlines. I bought luggage covers just in case for scratches for these luggage except for the carry on. Luggage held up pretty well travelling from Va to NC to WA. Was offered free checked baggage for my carry on for the little luggage in the 3 piece set. I took the free-bee deal, then i started to worry it might have been a mistake given that i didnt buy a luggage cover for it and that it might get hammered by every other passenger's larger checked luggage. But, at the final destination, my fears were alleviated, the little carry on luggage was in very good condition, wheels were intact, suit case overall still looked new. The handle got a little stuck one time when i tried to retract it back , but it worked on the second or third try. Had no issues since then. On the way back to the East Coast, I didnt take another chance with the carry on luggage. I brought it on the American Airlines flight with no problems or worries. The larger checked luggage held up great and still looks new traveling from the east coast to west coast roundtrip. Overall, Im happy with this purchase. ... show more

After reading some reviews, I thought I might receive my white cases and have them look gray as some have said. This was not the case! These suitcases are so bright they almost hurt my eyes (in a good way😂). I just received them today so I can't attest as to whether they will hold up over time, but I love the color, weight, ease of use programming the tsa locks, oh, and my favorite thing is that the handles are all the same length when raised to max height! Lastly the smallest one fits my hockey skates (like a glove?). I'm very happy with my purchase. BTW my sister ordered them in orange and those look amazing too! ... show more

I bought the yellow color, which is also extremely easy to identify on baggage claim carousels, and everyone on my European trip soon called my suitcase "Big Bird." I ordered this set of luggage because the color stands out. I took them with me on a cruise crossing the Atlantic, a visit to Portugal, and flights home through Lisbon, Paris, and Atlanta. They held up extremely well, the wheels moved freely and didn't hang up, and of course the color made them easy to spot in baggage claim. I used a black sharpie marker to write my information on the top of the suitcases so even if tags were lost hey would make their way back to me. Held the clothes for 2.5 week out of the country trip but didn’t make it through the airline coming home without denting Would have thought it would have survived . As soon as the box was opened and I felt the case, I was impressed by this set. Quite sturdy and ridged textured shell! The wheels rolled silently around on the hardwood floors of my house. Handles and zippers feel well built. This sets first job will be to travel internationally. I have no worries or reservations in using them! Money very well spent!! ... show more
