I purchased this two-pack XL Ice Pack. One of the 4 in one of the packs was leaking. I called and left an email with Fit +Fresh. Their response was above and beyond. An associate, Jenny, called and left a voicemail message. I was traveling for business and forgot about it. I returned from travel 6 weeks later to a replacement. Outstanding! I would recommend the product it works great and is thin, even in carry-on luggage {freeze the pack and put it in a ziploc with your sandwich or whatever} no TSA issue, and affordable sandwiches and snacks at the airport, and with my travel. Must be frozen to go through TSA but this product works and a single will keep a Jersey Mike sandwich cool and enjoyable. The packable reusable lunch bags, this is lightweight and easy to place in bags. Please purchase knowing you have support if there is an issue. These thin cooling packs are terrific for a lunch bag or short-term need. I lined a small heavily insulated bag with them and they kept already frozen food cool for about 10 hours. Longer than that? Nope. They didn't keep chilled (not frozen) food cool for more than about 8 hours. They're thin, so they don't hold their freeze very long. On the plus size, they don't weigh much, so don't feel like I'm hauling a brick around just to keep lunch cool. When my kids get home the ice packs are still kind of cold, so they do last a long time in an insulated lunchbox. My wife works 12 hour shifts in an ER so her lunch box stays in her locker all day. This keeps her food and soda cold until she gets a lunch break. I didn’t think because they’re so thin that it would work that well/long, and I was wrong! Plus it doesn’t take up much space.

Performance is solid and durable, they’re not super thick but are exactly what I needed. I use one on top and bottom for our sons lunch and occasionally mine for work and these keep meat, cheese, and yogurt cold for at least 4-5 hours in an insulated lunch pale. I love how thin these are. They make it easy to be able to pack things in layers with cold packs in between in a lunch bag. They do sweat during the warm months, so we tend to wrap a dishtowel around them just so they aren't wetting the whole lunchbox, but I'm sure that will happen with any ice pack. They freeze pretty quickly because of their thin profile, but provide a nice wide cooling area. I'd say in general they last 6-8 hours in my insulated lunch bag before they are totally melted and useless, but again, it depends on the outside temperature and how often you open the lunch bag too. ... show more

Product is great but the size in person shocked me. I should have drawn the measurements out on paper before ordering, because this is not the XL I was thinking of. These are small and will fit in a normal size lunch box. I was needing much bigger ones to go in a big grocery size cooler bag. The phone is a normal iPhone 7 roughly 6 inches long ... show more
