  • Condor Combat Shirt fits well - pros and cons - lots of pictures
Size: XX-Large Color: Multicam
I'm 6' 2" and weigh 220 lbs; I purchased the XXL size and received it fairly quickly. Here are the pros and cons... Cons: 1. Found single stitching on the loop material at the cuffs 2. The cuffs were single stitched 3. Rubberized elbow pad was single stitched 4. Stitching around the collar was single stitched (on part the single thread stitching was broken so I will have to get that mended). 5. Area of the arms is not enough for me to roll the sleeves up like I did in the military (but thats not a deal killer). Pros: 1. Ripstop material is lightweight and similar to Summer BDU material 2. Loop area for patches measures 4" wide by 4.75" high 3. Arm pocket area is 6" wide by 7.5" high 4. Breathable torso material really helps in warm & hot weather 5. Breathable material runs up the sides, to the armpit and almost to the elbow 6. Torso material is lightweight and stretches 7. Sleeves are longer than expected & that is ok (better to have too much than too short) 8. I purchased the XXL size; my chest is 47" and I weigh 220 lbs - fits well with some room 9. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg (about $38) Unknowns - as this shirt is made in China, I have to wait and see how it holds up. As I said, I really wish they used double stitching everywhere as this is a 'combat' shirt. I bought this shirt for the purpose of having something to shoot & teach (I'm a firearms instructor) that would give me good cover from the sun yet remain breathable; going to use this in the spring, summer and fall. Will update as time goes on. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. Steve aka SafeArmsReview ... show more

  • Instant gains!
Size: Large Color: Olive Drab
Makes you tactical AF. I noticed HUGE gains on my stopping power and slight of hand!! Looks great with my tactical headset and remote. I’ll definitely make sure my mom orders me another, right after she makes me a sandwich.

  • I'm 6'1, 210lbs and XL fits me perfect
Size: X-Large Color: Tan
This Condor combat shirt is a well made, quality shirt. A very good value for the price. I am 6'1 and weigh 210lbs. I like my combat shirts to be slightly loose and long enough to tuck deep enough into my pants and stay tucked after kneeling, squatting, going prone, etc. I find this hard with my height. I am at this crazy in between height where I am always between L and XL depending on brand and prefer the long length option when available. So, I might be Large Long in one brand, an XL in another, and a XL-L in another. Heres the deal with the Condor, I'm an XL. It fits me great, not too baggy or too tight. I do roll the cuff of the sleeve up a couple times as they are a tad bit long, but I want it like that. It is long enough to stay tucked in with aggressive and prolonged movement, it allows full and comfortable range of motion, and fits me well and comfortably with or without a plate carrier. And for the price, you can get three or four of these in different patterns for the price of one Crye. I am not aware of where I can get insertable elbow pads for the Condor yet but wouldn't mind having them as the sleeves seem to be made to accept some additional padding in the elbow area. Overall, a very comfortable, well made shirt and a great value for the price. They get the job done, I picked up several in different patterns and even some in short sleeve. ... show more

  • I love this combat shirt
I love this combat shirt. There is a huge difference between this and standard issue combat shirt. I wore the Condor combat shirt at NTC recently and it was 115 degrees most days. It was the most comfortable I ever felt being in that kind of heat. A standard issue combat shirt isn't very breathable at all and soaks up a ton of sweat making you smell bad very quickly. The Condor shirt has mesh fabric in the arm pit area and a zip down collar which feels amazing even in the hottest of temperatures. I would definitely recommend you wear this without an undershirt though since it will counter act any breathability gained from the combat shirt. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because there isn't enough room on the shoulder patches to put rank, unit, flag, name tape like in the SI shirt. Other than that this shirt is perfect and I intend to buy more to replace all my standard issue shirts. ... show more

  • As long as your first wash shrinks it, it's perfect.
DONT GET ME WRONG this is a fantastic shirt. 100% would buy again. Nice and airy BUT when it's fresh out of the box its a touch large on the arms. I just simply washed it on warm/cold and ran it through a whole dryer cycle to shrink it a touch. Now it's perfect. I would have liked to see the elbow pads placement a little more to the side though. To get that properly fitted to my elbows I have to twist the arms when I strap them on my wrists. This doesn't cause any discomfort though but it's something to think about. ... show more

  • Really impressed with this shirt
Size: X-Large Color: Tan
I volunteer on weekends at an animal shelter working with dogs that can get rough so was looking for this type of shirt since the torso area is very breathable (allows me to stay cool on hot days), yet I have the heavy cotton protection on my arms. This is the third brand of this type of shirt I've purchased so obviously didn't like the first two brands (other brands weren't comfortable and had serious quality issues such as the sleeve zipper splitting apart). This brand's shirt has been excellent. In fact, I've bought three of this particular shirt just to have extras in case they ever stop selling them. Size: I'm 6'4" tall, ~215 lbs and XL fits really well. Note that the sleeves are extra long but I prefer this. Quality: So far, the shirt has been holding up really well at a point that the previous two brands I tried were falling apart. Comfort: Outstanding ... show more
