Gives me a convenient place to have my phone on me while working construction. Was desperate to find a layer with a chest pocket that would fit my phone, but couldn’t find one. Tried this and love it. I far prefer this to the kangaroo style pouch of pullover hoodies and similar shirts. Bought a different brand of combat shirt from a different supplier of LE gear. I’ve worn that one for two weeks, and this one for two days. Two main differences: the pocket on this shirt sits lower on the shoulder and is MUCH easier to slip my phone in and out, and the sleeves are roomier and allow for a thin base layer underneath. Solid 4 1/2 stars. Does not have a slight forward cant to the shoulder design like my other shirt. This Condor shirt has slightly longer sleeves. May be an inch longer than ideal. Also, the collar is a little shorter than the other one and the shoulder seems to want to pull back. Probably because of the lack of forward cant. The ripstop fabric on the sleeves and the elbow protection seems very durable. The soft fabric around the abdomen area started to pill after one day of wear. I don’t ding it for that because I’m not dressing up with this. It’s functional and does what I need it to do. Update: I'm reserving my other brand shirt to 'backup' role and ordering another of these Condors. I just love the quick access to my phone for music and work tasks. I can even pull my phone out with my raincoat on. (I'm a construction foreman/tradesman.) Planning to modify the right side pocket to better hold a clip knife and a pen. ... show more

    • Great shirt for the price
This is not a Crye Precision G3 or G4 combat shirt, but it doesn't cost $300 either. It also lacks some of the features of a Crye Precision combat shirt, but at a fraction of the cost you can't beat it. Condor combat shirts have held up well for me on deployments, so I keep a few on hand as backup. They are great range shirts as well. They do wick away sweat as well as Crye Precision G4 combat shirts. ... show more

    • Nice base layer
Nice and comfy. Has more a “fitted” cut to it. I’m 5’10 and 180 lbs. I got a large and it fits me great. I can wear a shirt under it and it won’t bunch up and I can easily wear this under my kit. I just wish it was a touch warmer and only a 1/4 zip.

This product was very lightweight and breathable yet extremely durable. I personally use the Condor Outdoor series for airsoft and it excels in everyway, shape, and form. If you're like me you'll probably look at cheaper alternatives but in the other three combat shirts I've purchased from other companies I can easily say that is has outlasted them all and continues to provide to me every thing I need from a quality combat shirt. ... show more

Great material. Only bad thing about it is I wear a large and when I got this it was large but when I put the shirt on the sleeves are suuuuper long. They hang about 3 inches passed my finger tips.

    • Gets the job done
So far this combat shirt has met my needs in three major areas. -well priced -decent construction -comfortable to wear (once broken in and not so rigid) You should be satisfied with this product if you plan to use this for deployments, paintball/airsoft, and and other possibly demanding activities.
