I'm a retired cop and have carried concealed for 33 years, if that matters to how you view my opinion. This was purchased for daily use with a brand new pistol, so first I visually inspected the inside to make sure there were no burrs, etc. that might scratch or mar the pistol. There were none. You really need a very rigid 1.5" wide tactical belt for the clip to grab on to, and it grabs onto mine quite solidly. The holster retains the pistol by a section that impinges in the trigger guard forward of the trigger (so no risk of it activating the trigger). It hold just enough to keep it from coming loose when I jump up and down and move all around. Then unholstering the pistol is a snap. I really appreciate the solid, positive feel and sound when holstering it so you know the part holding the trigger guard is in the right place. The holster is lightly flared to facilitate easier re-holstering, which is crucial because in many self-defense situations you need to holster your firearm to switch to hands-on or pepper spray (if you're carrying a pistol but not pepper spray, you have a HUGE gap in your preparedness to deal with conflict; get a pocket sized one that is rated at law enforcement strength. If it is below the gut, the gut is an impediment to drawing, so plan to wear your pants a bit high, and the but of the firearm sticks out and makes a visible imprint on the shirt you're wearing. I also considered a shoulder holster for this reason, but with the thin Hawaiian shirts I wear I thought the imprint of the shoulder holster straps might be a give-away. The plastic is nicely rigid and good looking. The screws are well plated and secure. I have not felt the need to try to adjust either the cant of the firearm or the tightness of the grip of the holster on the gun, but both are possible. I have always carried in my waistband ("appendix carry"), usually with a t-shirt between me and the holster, with an oversize shirt over the firearm and not tucked in. That is how I will continue to carry, though there is enough material on the skin side of the holster to protect the firearm from contact with the skin. This design does not really allow you to tuck in a shirt in a way that won't draw attention. On the other hand, it holds close enough to the body that when I tried a properly sized t-shirt to cover it, it concealed the firearm pretty well. But, I will continue to wear the official uniform of fat men with concealed pistols: a Hawaiian shirt or an oversized sweatshirt. If someone could make a bulletproof Hawaiian shirt, a lot of ex-cops would buy them! Here are the very affordable belts I bought to affix the holster to. Though they have tough plastic buckles (instead of metal) I prefer them because unlike the metal ones I found they don't have logos that advertise that your belt is meant to hold a pistol. The lock down very positively to hold the belt in place, and there is no slippage. And, they give you an extra buckle for each belt in case they deteriorate. The belts are very rigid and I do not think they will warp to conform to my corpulence like less rigid belts have done. They come in two packs with a variety of color combinations, which is nice because I wear both blue and khaki pants. There is a major jump in price points between this holster and the next level up, like about $100. This arrived on time. I like the offer of buying this used for 25% off. With the description in New condition. It’s a kydex holster they don’t show wear that quickly. I was on the fence with this at $42, for $30 it’s a buy. The manufacturer told me this wouldn’t fit my pistol when I asked about it on eBay. Same price by the way. But on Amazon I can return it free if it didn’t fit. Another plus. I was buying a full size holster for a compact pistol. The next size up. That helps it conceal better and is a bit more comfortable. I got it and as I thought, it fits like a glove. Perfect. The muzzle/slide / barrel stop about an inch short of the holster. That’s exactly what I was looking for and why I ordered the larger size. The click is very loud but not obnoxious. The 2 screws are perfect to be able to chang to another clip. I prefer a tuckable clip over the FOMI clip. The clip does make it comfortable with the adjustments available with it. It has a true full length sweat guard. The magazine release is also covered by the holster. The fit couldn't get anymore perfect. The tension is just right and it kind of clicks into place around the trigger guard. It's about as thin as it can be and still be sturdy. The belt attachment is solid, intuitive, and easy to use. I wouldn't change anything about this holster.

I wanted a holster with one belt clip for ease of installation on pants. The holster had to be comfortable in the 4 o'clock position. This holster mostly fit the bill. It seemed that there was a unusual amount of play in the belt clip that allowed the pistol to can't forward and back. I was considering ordering a 1.75" belt to make the pistol more solid but I decided to order the claw. The claw made the holster a little harder to put on my pants but it stopped the can't issue. Overall the holster seems to fit the pistol perfectly. They used quality components and it is comfortable for me in the 4 o'clock position. I received this IWB holster for my CANiK TP9SF Elite on Sunday and have worn it at work everyday this week. For the most part, I completely forget that I am wearing it. I have a desk job, so that says a lot. Doesn't dig into me or pinch me a bit. Stays firmly in place wherever I seat it, and it grips to my belt nice and snug. The adjustments on this are extremely self explanatory and easy to work. I was able to adjust the closer to hold my gun tight enough for safety, but still have an easy draw. Honestly, it was practically already setup that way and ready to go out of the box. I made a left 1/4 turn and it was ready to go. My only complaint is that the cant adjustment could be more friendly for appendix carry. As is, my only options are to have my gun straight up and down, or varying degrees of the gun rotated left. For a right-hand draw on an appendix carry, neither of these options are great. Straight up and down is the better than the gun angled left, but I would much rather be able to adjust the cant for a slightly right lean. This makes it way more accessible for a right hand appendix draw. The current cant is great for a 4 o'clock carry or small back, but it's a little lacking in regards to appendix carry adjustments.
