This is a very well made microscope. It works very well and is a steal at the price. Crystal clear imaging. I am very pleased with my order. I did have an issue with the order in the beginning due to missing the camera but the seller has amazing customer service who was very responsive and resolved my issue rather quickly and I am now waiting on it to be mailed. This product is very cheap quality. I did not even bother opening all packages. Just a glance at the users manual alone is a horrible sign. The software to the camera program is on a a small disk. Really junky product. I have had 2 other microscopes that were older laboratory models I used for veterinary cytology and I will stick with those and look for something higher grade and be sure to read reviews before purchasing. The microscope itself is amazing and with all the correct pieces and software, you can do some awesome things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it came with a disk instead of a link to download the software to use the eyepiece. And the instructions didn't really give good instructions on how to set it up. But they did state in the instructions to email them if you can't use the disk. When I emailed they were very responsive. The first link they sent didn't work but they provided other options based off if I had a Mac or PC and they gave me the correct software for my Mac and it worked. It took a while to position it correctly though to actually see something on my screen but I figured that out as I kept playing with it. The instructions weren't that great but the product itself was well worth the investment. ... show more

Nice looking, but that's as far as it goes. It came with screws very loose and parts shaking. I had to tighten up a bit, but seems like the screws are a bit too short. Camera also does not work at all which is very disappointing. I bought mainly because of that option because looking through the small eyepiece hurts my eyes.
