I have three dogs, so I need to protect my earbuds case while walking or at any time. My dogs ensured I tested the case twice, and nothing was damaged. One time, the case fell and opened on the floor. An earbud landed on the side of the case. The case absorbed the shock, so my bud “didn't get hurt.” When I closed the case, it was intact. Gave it 4 stars because you have to use 3M stickers to really get it to stay on. It won’t work without them but other cases stretch and won’t stay snapped on so choose your battle I suppose. Still a very cute case that protects your case!
