Really great little binoculars for the price! I'm mostly using them for birding with my daughters and I have no complaints so far. They are very sturdy. The hinge, focusing knobs, and eyepiece adjustments are all smooth. I don't have any experience with high end optics so I can't compare the visual quality but for casual birding and looking at all the wildlife in the mountains in Colorado, I'm pretty impressed. These binocs are compact & light weight. My first purchase was for my grandson, but while I was looking at his, I decided to get another for myself… much easier than the bigger, heavier, older ones that I had.

For the price I can't imagine a better pair of mini-binoculars. I used them extensively at a recent concert and what a godsend to be able to see what the guitarist was playing, clear and right there. Am often hesitant to buy any optic items online, but we are glad we did. Originally bought these for our kids for Christmas, but after we received them and saw the compact size and quality, decided to keep them for ourselves for travelling. Works great, even in low light conditions. Great value, compact and lightweight design makes these easy to carry when hiking, you barely notices you are carrying them. Will be convenient for our next Alaska cruise as they don't take up much space and are lightweight to pack. 20x magnification is great for wildlife viewing, and bird watching, we have several eagle nexts near us and these are great for viesing them. Objects are very clear, and these allow for easy adjustments and focus. Was able to see clear images. Small, but powerful. The grip makes holding these very comfortable. The viewing area is wider than some we have used in the past, which is great for wildlife viewing also. We got some rain while using, and it did not create any problems. My wife was able to use even with her glasses, but focus adjustments allows use without glasses. Our grandson even used these to look at a planet that was visible a couple of nights ago. We have had small binoculars in the past, but none were as good as these, high quality and work better than any of our prior binoculars. These fit everything we are looking for to travel with, Small and lightweight for packing and carrying. Great magnification for what we plan to use these for, mostly wildlife and birdwatching, but grandson looking forward to more planets and stargazing. Works well in low light conditions, which is important as that is best time for wildlife especially at Yellowstone. Easy adjustment which is great when my wife and I take turns using these, while the other one is taking photos. And price, which I will say, these are better than others we have owned, but works as well as others we have had that we paid more for. ... show more
