Got it in late July, it is now October. Used it twice and when I went to recharge the battery to use it again. Plugged the battery in and it didn't work. Dead drill. The company replaced the unit for me in October, just received the replacement and I anticipate that the replacement drill will work fine. ... show more

I recently bought this as my little drill from Target broke a few months back and I have been wanting to get something a little nicer. The drill comes in a nice case with spots for the battery pack, drill attachments, etc. so that it doesn’t shift around once you put everything away. I have used it so far to put up a few paintings and a couple of shelves and have had no issues. Very user friendly and easy to figure out, took me about ten minutes to get familiar with the different bits and get started. The battery life has been great, I haven’t had to charge it at all yet. The media could not be loaded. I bought this product a couple weeks ago before Christmas. The first time I got it delivered the Amazon delivery delivered product to the wrong location. I had to call customer support and get this one delivered now that it’s here I charged the battery for a whole day came back from work And I was excited to use it because I’ve been trying to put up some shelves in my apartment just to be disappointed because the battery isn’t working and the drill isn’t even turning on package arrived as brand new so now I’m wondering what’s wrong. I will just have to return the product as it is not working and I have no use for it if it’s not working and functioning properly at all, very disappointed despite the fact that I received this package for free after the first one was delivered to the wrong address. ... show more
