It is pretty noisy when cooling down. One of the top corners is dented pretty badly like it was dropped or something too heavy was placed on top of it and it doesn't appear to be from shipping because the box was torn up on the bottom, not the top. I'm mostly just mad about the dent over anything, but the packaging was falling apart on the bottom so I wouldn't be able to return it in that and it wasn't a terrible price to pay, just wish it wasn't dented for being a new item. ... show more

It came with 2 dents and doesn’t cool let alone freeze after 5 hours. I then ordered replacement and it was received 3 days later and it arrived with 4 dents. Bad customer service!!
