So what do I think about this chair for the money it's awesome!! I think I got it for $237 on one of the sale days. I was a bit skeptical because you look at Jordan's, Bernie and phyl's and all those places Cheers cost $700 $1,000 maybe $400. So you must be like this chair has heat, massage, reclining, swivel something's got to give right. Well so far nothing really gives that much. The quality is obviously not of $1,000 chair. But I didn't want a big bulky heavy chair anyways for my wife. When I got it it was fairly easy to put together The quality of the material is actually really good and it looks like everything comes off if you want to wash it but kind of difficult to get it off. Not like a LOVESAC type furniture which I bought in love!! The massage thing is mostly just a vibrating thing it's pretty cool, it gives you enough heat a lot of features. The reclining works well.. But when you push all the way back it really doesn't want to stay put maybe it has to break in. The size is perfect to even for me who's 6'1 / 210 lb It holds my legs pretty well but they will hang off the front a little bit but it's supposed to just cushion your calves not your feet too. I really have nothing bad to say about this. I will do another review to talk about longevity. But hey if you get 5 years out of this for $237 and then it's pretty easy to take apart and throw away. I did not read the product reviews before making my purchase. While waiting for the chair to arrive, I decided to read what others had to say. I began to think I had made a huge mistake. When the chair arrived I began looking at all the assembly steps and various pieces involved. Wow, can I do this. I got worried about it. I called a friend to help me as two adults were recommended for easier assembly. When we actually got started all the negative reviews ceased to be a concern. Assembly was quite simple in fact. If you read the instructions before you start, pay attention to details, and have patients it goes smoothly. After assembly I found this chair to be very sturdy and comfortable. Some reviews complained about the chair back being stiff and hard. In truth the chair forces you sit with good posture and supports your back very well which is ultimately less fatiguing when sitting for long periods of time. I'm a big guy of 6'1" and 230 pounds. I love the heat and massage functions, and find them very soothing. In my opinion it is a very nice chair for the money. I'm guessing it will be good for several years. ... show more

Alot of assembly, not very comfortable at all. Recliner part is a joke. Foot rest does not come out all the way, and the recline won't stay reclined. But my grandkids will like playing with it. I will never buy from this company or seller again.

I gave a 3 star rating because I felt like it really wasn't what I was expecting. Although it is nice and really soft, but the seat ( cushion ) is very thin. There's not a lot of padding in it and it velcro to the recliner. When you sit on it, you can feel the parts for the massager/ heat. I probably will not buy this again, unfortunately. ... show more

I love my chair. It is just the right size (I am 5ft-6in) and comfortable. It was easy to put together. But you must be patient and read the directions when assembling this chair. The best part is the massage you get while sitting there. I didn't find the massage part terrible because I have been on massage tables before, and yes, you feel the massage balls every time they go up and down. Just like I felt It In contrast, at my chiropractor's office, he has the table you lay on, and you feel every ball and ripple from that table, and you're supposed to feel them, or it's not working; I have had massage mats also and felt all the ripples through them also. My dogs get slightly freaked out from the vibration, but that's good. It will keep them off for now. LOL. It came fast, and it was packed well. That said, this is not a FAKE REVIEW as someone claims that Amazon is putting out. I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, and all my REVIEWS are REAL and to the POINT. Ok so I bought this on Black Friday and I was so stoked to get it. I wanted to replace my oversized Lazy Boy recliner, and I'm glad I didn't get rid of it. Check it out - I'm 5'10" and a woman in my early 40s. I barely fit in this recliner, never mind my pets who LOVE to curl up with me. I got this chair and immediately noticed the box was broken. I stressed about missing and broken parts, but everything was fine aside from no instructions included. Fine, whatever. It took me almost an hour to put this tiny seat together by myself. I get it done and sit down, noticing right away how small it is. I flip the footrest up, and my feet hang off. UGH. My Aussie tries to jump up with me, and just looks at me like "You've GOT to be kidding, Mom." My dog bails on me, so I turn on the massage feature. WEAK - I've experienced adult toys with more power than this thing. Ok, heat feature - ummmm, is this thing on?!? Overall, I feel like I got the kid's version of a recliner, and I'll be switching it out with my broken Lazy Boy recliner in the sitting area. ... show more
