I'm very meticulous about taking care of electronics, and this cover set is pretty good. Lightweight, thin enough to fit in the dock, and slips on and off easily. The joystick nubs also fit well and allow a good grip. My only complaint is that detaching the joycons is a bit more difficult, with the covers on. It's harder to press the buttons hard enough to unlock them to slide out. The main cover also has to come off to use the Switch in tabletop mode, but creating a perfect cover for that is impossible. Case is good, fits well, doesn’t interfere with docking. Thumb grips kind of suck, they did interfere with controls so I ended up just taking them off.

Piece of junk. Can’t assess the release button on back of joysticks. Have to take middle part of case off to put on or take off joysticks. Middle section of case comes off easily… what kind of protection is that? Drop it and the case pops off. Screen protector too big for Nintendo Switch OLED.

It certainly fits as expected, but it doesn't feel as if it will protect the device. It may say "9 FT military grade drop protection" but does that mean that the cover won't shatter or that it will actually protect the console? Something tells me that its the plastic itself and the Switch would still be damaged as it doesn't seem like it has any shock-resistance. The joycon covers are fine I suppose. If you primarily use it as a handheld, its fine. If you like to use the dock and the joycon controller attachment, then you'll end up just leaving them off as it doesn't fit. The Switch will still fit into the base, but only after its been seated in a number of times to "work" the material. You might find that it doesn't dock correctly when first doing this. Probably fine for preventing scratches and continuous on-the-go use, but otherwise its certainly questionable in terms of actual protection. ... show more
