I have another collapsible wagon that I use for the grandsons when we take them to the park and also for bringing in groceries from the car. But I wanted a different one for gardening that I could get dirty, so I ordered this one. I was surprised when I opened the box that the fabric insert wasn't attached to the frame. I'm guessing they package it this way to save space because once the insert is attached to the frame, it's quite a bit bulkier when you close it up than it is when they're separate. There aren't any instructions for attaching the fabric to the frame but it's super easy. About the only thing you figure out through trial and error is how to attach the velcro on the bottom of the fabric to the frame; you don't put it through the main crossbar because if you do, the frame won't collapse. The velcro goes through the two metal pieces on either side of the main crossbar (see the picture). I do like that the fabric insert separates easily from the frame for storage. I wish it had a cover, though. The ride is pretty rough with the small, hard plastic tires so I probably wouldn't put the kids in it. It's also quite a bit smaller and lower to the ground than my other wagon, but it's perfect for how I want to use it. ... show more

I have looked at a number of “10 Best” reviews on line for collapsible wagons and I don't believe that any of them mentioned the Jawglow unit, but that doesn't mean that it is not a serious contender. Granted it does not have as wide wheels as some or a paneled floor or storage bag, but it costs about half as much as most other units, so on the “bang for the buck” scale, it is a real winner. Speaking of wheels, I don't think any of these wagons, no matter how wide the wheels, would do well fully loaded over dry beach sand. Still on the subject of wheels, the literature suggest that they have ball bearings, which they do not, but they still turn very freely. The front wheels are castered, but the rear wheels are fixed straight ahead. None of the wheels have brakes. The steel frame seem quite sturdy and the waterproof canvas fits very nicely in the frame. The unit unfolds and folds quite easily and is good to go almost instantly. I got the wagon for my wife to use to carry tools and buckets while working in her numerous gardens, but she suggested how handy it would be when we rent a vacation condo and need to carry up drinks and groceries. They always have shopping carts for you to use, but finding and getting one and then returning it is a big hassle that can be avoided by having a wagon that will stow in the vehicle and in the condo closet. I would suggest that you do your homework, but if you just want a relatively bare bone utility wagon at a very decent price, I think you should take a hard look at this unit from Jawglow. ... show more

I received my wagon with a manufacturer defect, and customer service was very quick to help me with the fix. They were very kind and fixed the issue quickly. The wagon cart is deep and a good size to take around. The wheels are standard for concrete and easier terrains. It’s a good quality!

This is a great low price option foldable wagon. The wagon is well made, folds very small and takes up very little storage space. There is almost no assembly required, the structure comes assembled, all you need to do is add the fabric insert and it is ready to roll. This wagon is great for carrying my kids sports stuff to the nearby park and to bring stuff to the school as we are walking distance and are constantly sending in bulky items. The wagon is super easy to open and close and it has an adjustable handle that raises and lowers very easily as well. The wagon is well made and the wheels move 360 degrees so it is a breeze to steer it around. This is a great value for the price. I definitely recommend this product. ... show more

This is a really cool wagon sometimes when I go to the beach, I like to throw things in the wagon and wagon it to the sand or if I’m grocery shopping instead of using the carts I’ll just use this Awesome product feels very durable. The wheels roll well
