I was really reluctant to try this, but I figured, "Hey! What have I got to lose except maybe a little belly fat"! Surprisingly enough I tried it and I honestly did lose some of my stubborn belly fat! I found that if you apply it well then wrap it with your plastic wrap, use your waist trainer or corset throughout the day, (not just 10-30 minutes), it really does work! The smell is similar to icy hot, but not something that bothers me. I didnt expect it to smell good. The tingly feeling is not overwhelming, but you do get chilly after applying it. I applied it to my stomach and sides right after a shower. Then tightly wraped saran wrap around it. After about 5hrs I saw slightly noticable results in my before and after photos. I was blown away on how fast this product works! In less than a week the results amazed me! I use it several times a day. Apply- massage in and wrap in a neoprene belt for about an hour. And go about my normal activities. My belly fat is hormonal belly fat and hard to lose. I eat small meals and im an active person constantly moving. This stuff works! It was cool then hot after applying; I applied it on my stomach before bedtime, and when I woke up in the morning I felt like my stomach was flatter and smoother. I have used many products and feel like this one really works. I love this product and plan on buying more!
