Best pop up tent ever. Especially for a 10 x 30 size. Went through several tents prior to this purchase. It has a True Heavy duty frame and no assembly is required. Two people can set it up in about 20 mins. Canopy top is extra tall but interior frame is lower than other brands which complicates the hanging of fans, lights etc. A compromise to improve sturdiness. Cloth material not plastic. When bad weather is approaching, take the canopy top off as well as the side walls. This will keep the tent in place and prevent the frame from bending and breaking due too high winds etc. It comes with sand bags as well. My issue was the shipping and delivery. Took to long and I paided for expedited delivery. Company was good in communicating late delivery status and offered a refund if wanted. I believe it ships from overseas. I was patient and glad I was! Top notch tent! Just order item way before you actually need it. Lastly, there is video to watch on setup and material review. So, u get what you see. This canopy was just what we needed for a graduation party and a baby shower. It definitely needs at least 2 people but 4 person setup works best. Have had no issues with it and it was out for a pretty bad storm!
