Plug the whip lights with the controller wire, and then connect it to the battery. Use dust cover to protect the base when it is not in use.

Remote quit working after an hour. Replace battery still not working. Tried app. The app is hit and miss if works. Can only get solid colors to work ( sometimes). Reached out to support. Will see what happens. Really want these to work. Really awesome lights when working.
