Z-Axis Upgrade: The Z-axis now features dual linear guides and a ball screw instead of a smooth rod and T8 screw, greatly enhancing stability and machining accuracy. The LUNYEE 4040Pro comes with two spindle clamps: 52mm and 65mm, compatible with 500W Spindle/LUNYEE laser modules and 65mm trimmers.
Upgraded Control Box: The control box has a hinged design with an easy-access emergency stop button and home button on the front. It can be opened from the side for larger materials, making it user-friendly.
Reinforced Structure: The base includes two aluminum support rods to enhance the work surface's resistance to downward pressure. The X-axis gantry uses a 4060 profile compared to the 2060 found in similar products, significantly boosting overall quality. These design optimizations greatly improve machine stability and accuracy.
New Design: Equipped with an XY-axis enclosure dust cover to protect belts and wheels from dust and debris during engraving, while effectively reducing chip spillage from the work surface to keep the area tidy. A light strip is installed at the bottom of the X-axis for effective illumination.
