This is a well built, sturdy umbrella, but wish it was easier to close. It opens nicely with a button, but closing it takes a bit of patience and strength. Hopefully you're not outside when it's raining and you're trying to figure out how to close it. I bought this umbrella because I thought it was super cute but it broke on the first use. I was no longer able to close the umbrella. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and returned it and ordered a new one and the new one also broke on the first use in the exact way. I'm really impressed with the quality of this umbrella. It's made of good material, feels very solid, and has a strong mechanism. For the price I paid, I expected it to be similar in quality to one I had previously bought from Walmart for a similar price, but this one is far superior.
