One of my favorite eyeliners, always try to catch it on sale. It has good black pigment, waterproof, and all-day wear, but it is super easier to remove with a facial cleanser and water. It's a staple in my make up bag.

I have probably tried almost every liquid eyeliner out there. KVD, Stila, Marc Jacobs, Tarte, Anastasia, Lancôme, Nyx, and the list goes on and on. I’m always on the search for a smudge proof, waterproof, long lasting eyeliner. I have hooded eyes with oily skin and it’s just a combination for eyeliners to not last. I also laugh a lot which means I tear up at the corner of my eyes causing those other eyeliners to smudge off or bleed. Nothing is worse than eyeliners that smudge and make you look like a raccoon at the end of the day. I can tell you what is wrong with every single one of those other eyeliners I have used but you don’t have all day. I tried using all those with primers, setting sprays/powders, etc and nothing works or lasts. I have come to terms with the fact that nothing will last all day on my skin and I will have to settle for “good enough”. This eyeliner seems to last for the most part and just fades slightly by the end of the day. It doesn’t flake off or rub off, but just fades so that the pigment is not as strong and could probably use a reapplication. I prefer that to flaking or smudging and I have accepted that this is really the best I can get with my oily skin/hooded eyes combo. The felt tip, as some have mentioned, is really hard (not flexible) so that when you are applying, it can actually hurt your eyes if you’re not careful. (But I still prefer this to a brush tip.) I only need to go over the line a couple times in order to get the shade/intensity of black that I like. After that I am good for the rest of the day. For the price point and lasting longer than all those other eyeliners that I have tried out there, I’d say I would buy this one again. ... show more

    • Love this eyeliner but....
I used an inexpensive eyeliner for years and was very happy with it. Then I found out that this amazing eyeliner existed and was sold. It was 3x more than my old eyeliner but so worth it. It goes in easily, stays without smudging, easy to hold....the only gripe I have is that it does not last as long as my old eyeliner...seems like I can get a month use of it (yes I use it everyday and like the cat eye look) so this gets used day and night. Sometimes I can get over a month of use but not always. I purchased direct from the manufacturer but took forever to ship so love that this is available from Amazon! I have hooded eyes and need specific things to do a winged eye liner - long lasting, no smudge, and a fine-enough tip to do the wing. I liked a Korean brand and found it was the finest tip so ordered that for a long time but found it rubs off too easily and would get patchy during the day. Sometimes I still use that one to achieve the right wing because the Stio is just slightly bigger and sometimes doesn’t give me the delicate point I’m looking for, then I go over it with the Stio on top to make it last.
