I've been trying to find a pencil liner that's smudge-proof to tightline for years. I bought this in the dark brown and it's awesome. It stays for many hours without running or giving me racoon eyes. I like the retractable part of the design and that it draws a fine line.

The color is good and the pigments are good. This liner applies easily on the lid. The application to the waterline was just the opposite. I could not get this pencil to work on the waterline of my lids.
