I have waited a week before giving my review , to see the effect . So far , sad to say … none .. I purchased this for the slippery elm and psyllium because I’m on diet medication (not wegovy , I wish ) hoping it would relieve the constipation. I’ll keep taking it because of the great ingredients and gave it a 3 star for that reason . But if thought of buying this for constipation. Don’t !! ... show more

The only problem is the capsules are large and if you have a problem swallowing pills this isn't for you.

    • Serving: 3 capsules. The capsules are very thin so you get an unpleasant taste. They are also large.
I have been looking for digestive help. I researched and found these likely to meet my needs. I knew the capsules were large, but they are also very thin skinned capsules. Besides the unpleasant taste, they also feel like they are going to dissolve or get stuck before washing them down with water. I am still waiting to see a benefit and will update after the 30 day supply is used. Update: July 10 2024 - The 3 pill per day regimen has not impacted my system in any way.
