Description

What's the difference between TPO roofing and EPDM Rubber Roof? Here's some major benefits to switching over to TPO roofing. ITEM SHIPS folded in a box - it is recommend that you remove it from the box as soon as you receive it. Lay it flat and allow it to "relax" for several hours before installing, this will allow the temporary creases that may have been caused by folding to come out as the item "rests". Lightweight - get better gas mileage (.165lbs/sq ft. compared to EPDM at .29 lbs/sq ft.) Does not chalk (won't turn side of unit gray) Stronger - won't puncture as easily like EPDM Can be easily repaired Stretches easier so you can get a perfect tight fit Better traction with a non-skid surface Color is same throughout substrate Will not shrink or crack (100% solids sealant) .028 Thick PLEASE NOTE Due to the manufacturer changing their label design, the packaging design may vary on the Rubber Roof Adhesive and the Self Leveling Sealant.

  • Great value. Easy install
Great value for the money. Don’t let the adhesive get sticky otherwise you get creases/air bubbles that are difficult to get out. Went on super nicely but it still had folds even after laying out for 2-3 days before applying.

  • Nice
It was my first time over putting one on so it was pretty difficult. But it all worked out okay the next one will be a lot simpler. Just need to make sure the surface that you're going to is really slick and flat and you will have no problems

  • Product material is not straight along the long edges, poor fit to the roof
Upon receiving the folded material, I unfolded it as directed. I noticed that the material was curved along the long-run length on both sides, convex (RH) and concave (LH) on opposing sides. When I rolled this out on the roof and forced the concave curved (LH) edge to meet the riveting line, the convex edge (RH) lifted from the roof surface by 10" and would not flatten out, no matter how much pulling and repositioning I did. When I brought this to the attention of Class A Customs, their responding person blamed the curvature of the roof and denied any assistance. Beware of customer service from this supplier. ... show more

  • Not hard to use!
Hubs had to do some major repairs to the roof before we could install this. The material is thick, feels durable, there was PLENTY of adhesive and lots of tape. We feel it's a great deal for the money we spent and we will likely buy another kit when it's time for our other rv.

  • Not enough glue
I used my smallest trowel 1/8 pointed notches but came up half a gallon short of glue. Plan on about $57 for an extra gallon. Roofing comes folded in a box. It has to be converted to a roll like rolled up carpet. This is a job for on the ground. Plan on sweeping it clean as your roll it up. There may be a need for a better youtube for this stuff. The ones I found didn't have enough tips like get a foam mat for your knees. This job is very hard on the knees. I would buy this product again. I should have done it sooner. Damage didn't show much inside but once I got into it water had gotten under the old roof and did damage. I eliminated many bad spots like the luggage rack. Who puts luggage on the roof of a 35' RV? Put your luggage inside. Roof over all those screw holes. ... show more

  • Good all in one kit
Great kit for price come with everything you need. Do not step on adhesive or your shoe will stay put. Lol. Not a easy job. But worth it really saved a lot on it and got good chuckles. Well after getting unstuck.
