I recently purchased a pair of Clarks Men's Bushacre 2 Chukka Boots for a special occasion and was pleasantly surprised with the results. The boots arrived quickly and were packaged nicely, with the label of the boots clearly visible. They were comfortable right out of the box and felt great when I put them on. The style of the boots is fashionable and classic, and they look great with a pair of black pants or jeans. The first thing I noticed when I put them on was how comfortable they were. The fit was snug, but not too tight. I was able to walk all day with no issues. The material of the boots looks great when they are new and it has a cool cracked "aged" look to it over time. I like how the boots look after they have been worn a few times, giving them a nice vintage look. The only issue I have with these boots is that they are not waterproof. I had to be careful walking through wet grass or in the rain, so I had to make sure I was prepared with the proper foot wear. Overall, these are a great pair of boots and I am very happy with my purchase. They are comfortable, fashionable, and look great over time. I love the leather and that they come in wide half sizes. Good accurate fit. Mildly water proof. It looks like a top quality boot with real leather. However its not. There is no full insole and no arch support so I had to buy that apart. There is no shank and the soles are hollow. The midsole is felt and exposed in the side of the shoe so that compromises the water proofing. So the upper gets an A but the sole and finish gets a C. But to be fair these were cheaper on sale than all the fake leather boots soo... It's a decent buy. ... show more

I've gone through many pairs of Bushacres over the years, and have a friends who also swear by them (as long as it's authentic Clarks and not a knockoff). They go well with almost any outfit, can go from the office to after-work, and work in most weather conditions (save maybe deep snow or scorching heat). Bought a pair in “like new” condition they came in and the box was slightly banged up but inside, the boots came wrapped and without a single scuff. I feel like I got a great deal at $30. That being said I’d have no problem spending the normal ticket price. Solid, casual boots. Probably not for walking all day in but good leather and a great classic look. Excellent price for Clarke's quality, but I'll never understand putting only two sets of eyelets for laces. They won't stay on feet that way, I was able to easily remedy this by doing what should've been done at the factory and add a third set of eyes at the top. Now they're perfect! Seller was awesome to work with on a return that was larger than should've been the case. Order a half size smaller than you normally wear. ... show more

I was given my original Bushacres in 2014 for Christmas. Since then, I’ve lived in three states, moved four times, worn these to work, out on the town and even hiked around Devils Tower in them. They finally cracked in the sole so I’ve replaced them. The leather quality is excellent, you can wear them for a long time before reconditioning it. The sole is comfortable and supportive. A classic for a reason. Why spend more when with a bit of care these will last you nearly a decade? Love it! ... show more

I was looking for a good looking casual boot for daily wear, the Clarks fit that bill nicely, they wear a bit large so as many said, go a bit smaller than normal, for me they fit close to my actual size (depending on the shoe and brand, I wear either an 11.5 or a 12, I went with the 11.5 and they are perfect)...the leather is nice and will look great once they have some wear on them...overall, great boot at a great price, would not hesitate to buy another pair. ... show more
