The desk was packed and shipped without a scratch. Upon opening the box, everything is well labeled and marked, so following along with the directions (all pictoral) was easy. The desk was put together and ready to use in 15 minutes. The motor is really quiet and the desk moves smoothly up and down. There's 4 stations to preset your preferred heights and a USB and another port. It's sturdy and doesn't wobble. The pads on the bottom of the legs can be adjusted to stabilize the table. I like the 2 hooks as I need headphones for my VOiP phone and I can hang them out of the way when not in use. All in all, a good product. ... show more

This is my first standing desk. It was easy to assemble for 1 person but it is best to have 2 people as the glass top is quite heavy and dropping it would be a disaster. I mainly chose this desk for the drawer underneath and the extra usb and c-type outlets. Unfortunately there was no measurement for the drawer and I had gotten it to store my drawing tablet, that ended up being too large. I love how there's 4 saved functions for the height. This is a great desk! A friend recommended it to me and I am quite pleased. It is easy to use, and switching between height settings is quiet and quick. It’s sturdy and looks really nice/not cheap. The table is beautiful. However, please keep four things in mind. First, Amazon lies about professional assembly services. On the webpage, it says “Professional assembly service available.” But it is not true. I talked to three Amazon customer service representatives over the phone today. They did not want to admit that Amazon was dishonest. They kept saying they did not see what I saw on the webpage. The third representative is actually a supervisor but was not respectful when talking to me. Second, one of the major steps for assembling cannot be easily done by one person unless this one person is super strong. The one-piece desktop is heavy for one person to carry and put on the legs. A second pair of hands will be helpful. Other steps can be easily done by one person. Some reviewers said it took them only half an hour to assemble the desk. However, it took me one and a half hours. Customers are not all professionals when it comes to assemble desks. Third, when I told Amazon the desk was too heavy to be assembled by myself. They asked me to return the desk. They just assumed I could easily carry this heavy desk to UPS. Finally, if you have two big monitors, you may want to consider buying a bigger desk.
