The media could not be loaded. Product worked amazing! I was so excited to get it and when I used it it was wonderful despite the barrel to spin it is really tough to spin and the back as well, hurt my fingers, I had to use pliers and ultimately dinging it up a bit. After only 1 day of use, it is not working. I did every single troubleshoot step and completely took it apart and put it back together, it worked for 2 minutes and then I repeated that process, hasn’t worked since.
