Purchased for a sitting room - chairs look nice. Wood very nice. Assembly was ridiculous. Could not get the holes on the arms to line up with the seat. GC by trade - this assembly should have taken 15-20 minutes. Took 1 hour with lots of swearing. When they suggest only torquing the screws 80% you should probably only torque 20% - you will really need to try and manipulate the cushions and legs to line up. Make sure you do get the screws cross threaded!!! You will NOT be able to do the final assembly..... ... show more

I bought 2 of these chairs and my wife put them together by herself easily. The chairs look very nice in our living room. The cushions have nice seams that give the chairs a higher end look. The natural wood look also makes for quality looking chairs. The cushions are stiff, but I didn’t want overly stuffed cushions that lose their shape and look sloppy. Very good quality for the price. It took me a while to put it together, still there was one screw I couldn’t put it in no matter how many adjustments I made. It doesn’t affect the sturdiness of the chair however. It’s very comfortable and very good looking in the living room.

The Customer Service at CIMOO was outstanding. They always responded super quickly. The chairs are very pretty and they work great for what I was looking for...a couple year solution. I liked the lighter brown arms instead of the blonde color. They are not overly comfortable but if you aren't sitting in them regularly, they will work fine. Be sure you really want them because you do have to pay around $70-$80 to return them if they don't work out. ... show more

I bought two of these chairs for my living room and they are working out perfectly! I would give them 5 stars but……The cushions on the seat part are not that comfortable. They sag, but they’ll do the job. But putting them together is a pain by yourself. Lots of swear words were cursed when I put them Together but eventually things worked out. Recommend two person job. It will go quicker and a lot less swear words will be uttered😂 ... show more
