I paid attention to others' reviews and ordered up one size. So, where I normally purchase a size L, for this I ordered size XL, and I'm very glad I did. I am 5'6, weigh 150lb, and wear 38DD. The shoulders are perfect, the length just right, and the fit is a good combination of snug with comfort. The cut is A-line and is flattering. Though I can close the button easily, it spoils the overall look, so I will wear the jacket open. The sleeves are slightly longer than I like, but when rolled up they solve the problem while adding to the modern look of the jacket. The material is good quality, as is the workmanship. A slight abundance of lining in one of the sleeves is easily disguised when rolling up that sleeve. The color is spot-on. I am reluctant to order more in different colors due to the variability in quality and cut that has been reported by some reviewers, but the great price is really too good to resist. ... show more

I’m so happy that I found a really well made jacket in XS! So rare!! I’m 5’2”, 103lb and have to mostly shop in the children’s department! This jacket fits perfectly except the sleeves are a little long. It’s fully lined and has shoulder pads which gives it a really tailored look. I love the choice of colors too! Twenty to choose from! I bought the beige and just also ordered the grey because they can be paired with almost any color shirt, T shirt or blouse. I may even order a third color! Highly recommended. Hmmmm… follow up. I just received the grey jacket and it’s smaller than the first XS I received! There is a real difference in size! I’m having to return it. It appears that the sizes are inconsistent! I was hoping the “brown” color was a saddle or leather bomber jacket color. It was exactly the color I wanted. As you can see it matches “LAICIGO Women's Square Toe Ankle Boots High Chunky Stacked Heel” boots perfectly! Also from Amazon. I’m old school and always match my shoes to something else I’m wearing. This jacket and boots will look great with jeans and a sexy white V neck tee shirt. The jacket is thin and came wrinkled from the folds but pretty sure I can steam them out. The pros: It fits perfectly, is fully lined, and is a beautiful color. It is also flattering on. The cons: The shoulder pads are bigger than I like and it is made of polyester. Fits slightly snug at the waist. Rest of it fits true to what measurements state. If you waffle between a large and medium, and want it to button, buy the large. I bought the medium because I like the tailored look and didn’t want it to look boxey and over sized. Sleeves and rest of fit looks nice even if I’m slightly thicker in the middle. Lightweight, but substantial. Nice lining too!! I run hot, so this will be perfect for me! Looks so classy, tapered slightly in torso to flatter and perfect length. I have a super large chest, (36 G) and I can even button it. If you have short arms, I do not think this will work for you. Mine are average/ slightly long, and it’s perfect. Over all, this jacket seems pretty well-made, which I found surprising, but as others have mentioned, the fit is a little wonky. If you click into the actual description, they have a size chart, which is different than the Amazon size chart, so if you order this, keep that in mind. I am 5’8” and 140 pounds, so I generally wear a 4 or a 6, or a small, but I am tall and I’m fairly broad-shouldered, so I knew the recommended Small wouldn’t be a great idea. Using the measurements in the description (not Amazon’s measurements), I ordered a large. And the large is really too big in the sleeves (I plan to roll them up) and the waist, but the shoulders fit perfectly, so I decided to keep my size large. So, it’s not Ann Taylor, but I bought this jacket to wear when I didn’t feel like dressing up super fancy for work, but I still wanted to have a jacket. Would I wear it to a job interview? No. Would I wear it to an important meeting? No. But is it good for pairing with black jeans and a chunky necklace on a more casual day of Zoom meetings? Absolutely. Also, it’s machine washable! That’s a plus. When I opened it, the jacket was super wrinkly and I decided to wash it right out of the gate to see if it might also shrink a little (it didn’t), and it washed really nicely on cold, gentle cycle. I even dried it in the drier on low and that removed the wrinkles. So, the fact that I could machine wash it added to my decision to keep it. It also seemed to hold up to that initial wash, so it seems fairly sturdy. I recommend the jacket, as long as you know what you’re buying and consult the correct size guideline. ... show more
