The sofa bits I got are missing a necessary part. So, I wanted to send it back, but it looks like I would have to pay for shipping. So, that’s too expensive. Anyway, the two halves of the sofa join with only three thumb screws. That doesn’t seem adequate. I guess no more ordering big ticket items from here. Update: I finally got it put together. It wasn’t missing a piece as it turned out. They could do a better job on the directions and labeling the parts of the sofa. With most of the parts not labeled to indicate what goes on what side it took a little trial and error and thought to work it out. It was about as physically tiring as shoveling dirt putting it together. It seems comfortable and a nice length for laying down on it. The bottom cushions are pretty firm and the back is a bit softer. I still wouldn’t want to order a big ticket item that is cost prohibitive to send back anymore. ... show more
