I research the mess out of everything before I buy it. My kids car seats are no exception. My kids had the Orbit baby carrier seat when they were small, the Peg-Perego child seat and now this booster seat. I was hesitant to order this one because it didn't have the latch system anchors to hold it in place but it had everything else I wanted so I took a chance. And turns out, the anchors are not needed. The seat doesn't really move around to begin with but when my son is not in his seat the seat belt is still through the arm rest so it is not going anywhere in my car as I drive around. And when the seat belt isn't left under the arm rest it still doesn't move around. So the latches are really not necessary. Also, the seatbelt hits my son exactly where needed so I don't use the red attachment piece. And he leaves his seatbelt where it is supposed to go so that feature was not anything I have tried or needed. Bottom line, this seat has everything I wanted: cup holders, padded and comfortable seat, handle to carry it, light weight, and easy to wipe clean material and not to mention, the price is great considering the other options we had bought in the past! :) ... show more

My daughter is finally in the stage where she needed a booster seat & I researched a lot of them & this one seemed the most comfortable . It has cushion on the arm rests & the seat seems to have more cushion than all the others I was researching & comparing against . I’ve personally never been a Chicco fan, but out of Graco, Evenflo, etc., this one seemed to be sturdy & the most comfortable . We’ve been using it for about a week now, & I don’t have any complains & neither does my daughter . ... show more

We bought 2 of these to go with us on vacation. We just tied them to our hand luggage and brought it onboard the airplane as the kids' personal item. The fleksible cupholders are great. The seating comfort is good. The longest our kids sat on it was 6 hours and then a bunch of small trips. I didn't figure out who to use the seatbelt clip for the should though, so we used it without. This is a tough one as my daughter is technically tall/heavy/old enough to use a backless booster (she's over 4 years, over 40" and over 40lbs) but as a 5 year old used to a 5-point-harness booster, she was uncomfortable and looked unsafe in this backless booster when we used it during a recent vacation for the first time. She was not mature enough to keep the seatbelt where it should be... not that she didn't want to, it kept sliding around no matter how loose or tight we positioned the belt positioning strap. Not using the strap wasn't an option as it didn't work well in the rental car without it... but it didn't work very well with it either. If it was even the slightest bit loose it would slip off her shoulder. If it was a little too tight, she couldn't sit straight in the seat without straining against the belt. It simply didn't function as it was supposed to per the instruction manual or images on the website from the manufacturer. Not only that, but if she fell asleep (and we were 3 hours outside of our time zone so that happened a lot) there was no hope in her staying upright enough. So... lesson learned... try the seat at home first before taking it on a trip. And if your kid is maybe not quite ready for a backless booster, try a high-back booster instead. I think we're going to buy one by another brand that is light and affordable enough to take on our next few trips. The seat itself (except for the belt positioning strap, which I am still doubtful of) seems great, durable, easy to clean, easy to carry, etc. We just may have to save it till she doesn't need the belt positioning part. ... show more

This booster seat gives us additional space in our back seat. Our child enjoys being able to sit safely but feels like a big girl. The two side cup holders are her favorite as they can fold in when not in use and are out of the way. Very portable when changing from car to car and vey light weight.
