I just got my iron today and I love it!! I love CHI products, and I’m obsessed with pink, so this was perfect. However, besides the look of it, it works really well. I had a ceramic iron and it tugged on my hair and didn’t hold the heat well. My stylist suggested I should get a titanium iron, and I see why. It heated up very quickly, and I love that the digital display shows what temperature it is as it heats up, so you know when it’s fully heated. It didn’t tug my hair at all. The iron came with a 2oz bottle of hair silk, which I didn’t realize and it was a nice surprise. Also, the drawstring bag I thought was to hold the iron, but it’s actually just a nice large drawstring bag you can use for whatever.
