So when I got it, the packaging was huge and the tool was pretty big so I decided I wasn’t gonna try it and then return it. But then I decided to try it. And now I’m NOT returning it. I was staying at a hotel & left my Chi hair straightener in the hotel room when I left. Unfortunately it was an identical one to the ones that the hotel provide for the guests. When I contacted lost & found they weren't able to find mine because mine was added to their inventory.
