I really like the products. I have seen complaints about the price though, but in the long run you are going save a fortune. I use the two bucket method for wash. I bought another bucket $5 and another chemical guys dirt trap(zip ties for dirt trap in $5 bucket for easy placement & removal )dirt trap fits perfectly in chemical guys bucket. The wash is amazing. It make you feel like a pro. I will probably never pay anyone to clean my car, because my results are awesome and quick too. I use shammy towel to dry. My car stays on fleek. No scratches ever, and shine is the best ever. I will not use another method or another wash again. I did have slight leak from citrus wash, but not much though. ... show more

    • Great Car Wash Kit, But Packaging Needs Improvement

The Chemical Guys HOL357 Clean & Shine Car Wash Starter Kit promises a premium car cleaning experience, but my initial excitement was dampened by poor packaging. While the products themselves are decent, the way they arrived left much to be desired. Opening the box, I was met with the unfortunate sight of two bottles that had leaked a significant amount of soap. To make matters worse, the sprayer handle on one of the bottles was completely broken. It’s clear that the packaging didn’t do its job in securing the items during transit. Despite these issues, the products are still usable, so I decided against returning the kit. The soap and other cleaning agents perform well, delivering the quality clean Chemical Guys is known for. However, the frustration of dealing with the mess and the broken sprayer handle overshadowed the initial promise of a seamless car washing experience. While I appreciate the effectiveness of the products, the hassle caused by the poor packaging means I’m unlikely to reorder. It’s a shame, as a little more care in packing could have made all the difference. TL;DR: Chemical Guys HOL357 Clean & Shine Car Wash Starter Kit: Effective products marred by poor packaging, resulting in leaking bottles and a broken sprayer handle.
