I really appreciate the rechargeable batteries and battery cover that makes charging the controllers so convenient. Before this, I used rechargeable batteries AA battery which was a hassle to remove/put back in every time I needed to recharge them. Now I can do it wirelessly with out any much effort. For the headset, the include magnetic USB C adapter makes it easy to connect/disconnect the charging cable without putting to much stress on the headset's USB C port. A word of warning on power adapter that comes with the charging dock. Make sure to only use it on the charging dock and not other USB C devices. There is a warning in the manual that state it may damage other devices since the power adapter is not a normal USB C charger and output 12V @ 2A. ... show more

I didn't realize whenever I got this, I think I had seen one of the other reviews saying they had used it with a quest 2 that it specifically is not for the quest 2. It's still however works The headset fits in it and the charger hooks up and now she can charge her external headband battery with the regular charger at the same time. For now we're just taking the rechargeable batteries out and setting them on the contact charger points because they don't fit on the quest 2 controller. That's not a design issue that's my issue for getting the wrong one. I think it would be perfect if we actually had the quest 3. We plan on getting a quest 3 soon so it'll be even more useful soon. They only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because even if I had the quest 3 with the rechargeable battery pack on the headband it would be kind of unstable fitting in the charger with the extra weight on the back of the headband. ... show more

This works great to charge my Quest 2 headset. But the controllers I'll look for something else. The product image is misleading, since the 3rd image says "compatible with Quest 2 controllers".
