I bought these because I love Turkish towels, but also for this beautiful teal color. I did not see any fading after washing. There was extra lint, as expected and as others have said. These towels are very soft and they look good. But they feel flimsy somehow. We use some at home and my husband uses some at work. They are pretty large which is nice. They also keep their colors when washed but I just can't get past how flimsy they feel.

These are really good quality. I didn’t even have to wash them. I used them right as soon as they arrived and they do not shed length and they were nice and soft and really absorbent. They made the bathroom look fabulous.

Highly suggest you wash them a few times before using them as they shed a lot at first, but it does stop =) Otherwise, they are soft, thicker than most 'sets' and the color black is very dark -much like a black cotton t-shirt would be (not ink black).
