One of the chairs doesn’t go up and down. Probably something wrong with the gas cylinder. One chair does work but the seat is not comfortable. The pitch of the seat or maybe the way it’s made, is way off. I felt like I was tipping forward. They also don’t feel all that sturdy. Maybe it’s because the seat is very narrow. Because of the broken cylinder and how uncomfortable the chairs are I requested to return them for a refund. The return was approved but I have to pay return shipping charges. Chairs are really pretty and elegant. My only issue is I wish they were a bit bigger. They are not wide enough and the side pieces from the back part dig into your hips. Can't sit all the way back because of that. They are definitely perfect for children but adults may have a hard time because of how narrow they are.
