    • Beware if you have to return the stools!

One of the chairs doesnโ€™t go up and down. Probably something wrong with the gas cylinder. One chair does work but the seat is not comfortable. The pitch of the seat or maybe the way itโ€™s made, is way off. I felt like I was tipping forward. They also donโ€™t feel all that sturdy. Maybe itโ€™s because the seat is very narrow. Because of the broken cylinder and how uncomfortable the chairs are I requested to return them for a refund. The return was approved but I have to pay return shipping charges. I am very disappointed about this. I have never had to pay for return shipping with Amazon in all the years Iโ€™ve been a customer. Especially when the item is broken. ... show more

Chairs are really pretty and elegant. My only issue is I wish they were a bit bigger. They are not wide enough and the side pieces from the back part dig into your hips. Can't sit all the way back because of that. They are definitely perfect for children but adults may have a hard time because of how narrow they are.
