I rescued a 6-7 yr old abused Chihuahua 10 yrs ago. I went through a ton of money trying to find something he would eat. I was afraid he would starve before I found something. He loves the Caesar Beef flavors also the Caesar Lamb pate. Especially the pate style food. I bought this because it had multi beef flavors I knew he would eat. I'm rotating this box of mixed beef flavors with a box of lamb to give him variety. He should be around 16-17 yrs old according to the vet and seems healthy for his age and has a good shiny coat. He's a tiny dog so he eats 1/2 package for breakfast and the other 1/2 at dinner. It's very affordable and I have it delivered using Subscribe & Save. My baby will turn up her nose and refuse to eat certain dog foods. Found out she gets an upset stomach and barfs shortly after eating OTHER dog food. This brand of dog food smells good and very nutritional. She is only 10 lbs, small and I cut the food in quarters, heat it up for 10 seconds and add 2 tablespoons of Ceasars dry vegetable dog food, mix it up and she can hardly wait to eat. Her feeding times are at 10am and 4.30pm. That gives her the necessary amount of each, dry and moist food for her weight. So glad she loves this dog food. The dry helps keep tartar off her teeth. Buy a box of each assortment and you will see what your dog loves the best. It is nice to have a variety of the food so the dog won't get tired of the same-o, same-o. I chop up the product as my fur babies have small mouths. While I am busy they are literally jumping/hopping around waiting for dinner. Have tried other wet food, but they tire of it and will not eat. Not so with Caesars--its gobbled down in less than a minute. My dog is allergic to chicken and rice which is the Marjority of dog food nowadays but this one is only beef or other meat. No chicken. His stomach is not as bloated as it was. He is farting more but I guess that is with high fat foods for dogs. I feed him one a day and half a cup of kibble and he lost weight on this. He’s a pudgy boy. 25 pound Shih Tzu and his vet wants him under 18 pounds. He’s probably lost 2-3 pounds now which is good. ... show more
