To be super duper honest, I have been buying this for years and it's always gone over like Christmas Day for a bunch of 5 year olds. This time? Nowhere near the same reaction. Why? I don't know. It's been a very long time since I bought this (to a dog) and I thought they would be so excited for meals
again. Maybe it's not as fresh, or they've changed the formulation somehow, or maybe my furry little idiots are just not feeling it. Any of those could be correct or maybe it's all of them at one time. They've eaten it but showed no excitement while doing it. They absolutely DO like the smaller kibble size in comparison with some of the other well known brands. A ten pounder has a much smaller mouth than say...a Great Dane and my oldest has less than 10 teeth left. He scoops up a mouthful of softened kibble and drops them in his water bowl for some reason. I presoak his food so the reasoning is his own but whatever. As long as he eats. The bag has a zipper closure and I love that. Opening the bag for the first time is super easy too. No scissors or knife needed. Just pull the tab and done.
