I love my Alexa, she's my new best friend. I don't understand why I never got an echo years ago, it is fantastic. It didn't even cost an arm & a leg, & very easy to connect to the Internet, she sound like an expensive stereo. I love music & I love good sounding music. It's just awesome.

    • It may say refurbished, but it doesn’t work.
Should have saved myself the trouble and just bought a new one, instead of refurbished. Spent a couple weeks fighting with this thing to avoid the hassle of a return, but no luck. It won’t connect, won’t detect voice. Just buy a new one, and avoid these repackaged returns.

Worse than expected for performance and ease of use. Basically like a little advertisement box like people say. Works fine for a clock with weather and is a bonus to play video/news when it is working. It is very glitchy overall and seems to have the processing power of a calculator. I bought this because my new kitchen is white and I moved the one I had in the kitchen into my office. I already have 3 and I love them! But imagine my surprise yesterday when the app asked me if I wanted to look at my camera?!?! I didn’t even know it had one!!! My other ones don’t! But I could see in my kitchen and great room, which is a great security feature, especially since I have a sliding patio there too! Love this!!
