I've now used an entire bottle of this. I don't want anyone to get their hopes up after some of the glowing reviews I've seen on here. It will NOT cure your SK, nor does it claim to. It WILL reduce the oily and scaly feel of the SK covered areas (those of you with lots of SK know what I mean). That makes it worth using for me. I will reorder. BTW, I've tried ACV (no effect), 35% hydrogen peroxide (burned my skin but SK survived), bloodroot (worked but left scars bigger than the SK). I like this body wash it really well for me, my only complaint is that it leaked so badly in the box. I got the 2 pack, the lid popped off of one and the ENTIRE bottle emptied in the box. I ordered a bunch of other stuff everything covered in soap

My dermatologist recommended the Cerave SA Lotion and I happened across the shower gel, too. After one use this morning I can already tell a difference. My skin "looks" better, and definitely feels better. Usually when I put lotion on after a shower it drys over the course of an hour.
