I am beyond thrilled with this purchase so far. I do a lot of research when I buy something like this to make sure it's quality and effectiveness are worth the money and won't damage my hair. I came across this brand and was a bit skeptical since I had not yet heard of it. But the flatiron works amazingly! It does exactly what I need it to do. Straightens my hair without needing to go over it multiple times. My hair still feels soft and looks healthy after use. It does not tug or damage my hair. I like the digital heat settings. It came with a heat resistant sleeve for storage and to set the flatiron on when heating up and not in use as well. It also has a 2 year warranty that I was unaware of when I purchased this. Aside from that, the customer service seems top notch so far also. They activated my warranty quickly and reached back out to make sure I was happy with the product. Along with great customer service from Ella Bella, this straightener has been perfect for my hair! I love that the heat setting options are digital. And the buttons are properly placed so my hand doesn't turn it off before I want it to be turned off :) It straightens well in one pass and doesn't scrape through your hair, leaves it softer especially when paired with a good heat protectant. This product works really well. Very easy on your hair and I love that the wand is a bit larger than my previous Chi. I have always used a Chi product in the past. It heats up quickly and I appreciate the long cord.

I'm one of those people that grew up in the 2000's using a wider chunkier flat iron but quickly ditched it and followed the trend of using a skinnier one for most of my college years. It's been a good 4-5 years since I invested in a really good one because I've been so focused on my curly hair journey. I love to support small business when I can though and have been itching for easier hair as it turns colder out so I decided to just take the leap based on reviews and let me just tell you I have absolutely NO REGRETS. I decided to get the traditional wider style and it felt like coming home to my younger self in a way AND it worked like a charm on my thick long hair that comes down to my waist. It feels lightweight when you use it, doesn't take too many passes to straighten a section, and doesn't leave my hair smelling like it's burnt, I also use heat protectant with it. The customer service is also exceptional and only make me want to continue working with them in the future! Quality products and great reliable service if you need it, what more can we ask for? This flat iron had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. It is light which makes it easy to use with the arthritis in my hands. Lots of choices for temperature control. Increases on 10 degree increments. the controls are easy to access but you can't accidentally press them and turn off the flatiron when you are using it. I was looking for a new flat iron and found Ella Bella. In reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. My hair is long and naturally very wavy. I’ve tried several flat irons over the years but didn’t have great results as far as making my hair smooth and not smelling burned. My original purchase was in 2023 and I fell in love with this flat iron! It worked better than any other iron I had previously used. I was also impressed with the immediate customer service reaching out to check on my satisfaction with the product. Additionally, the iron was beautifully packaged with a heat protective mat and glove. The iron heats quickly and works beautifully. I only use it every 4-5 days and my hair stays smooth in between uses. My original purchase was in 2023 and recently had a problem with the initial heating time. I couldn’t remember if my iron was still under warranty so I reached out to the company. Not only did they immediately respond, but verified my warranty and sent out a new replacement within days. Most important to me was the personal, prompt response from the owner with a sincere desire to make things right. Not only did I receive the replacement, but also the new warranty was activated! Additionally, I was contacted to make sure I received the flat iron and that everything was working properly. Wow, what an awesome experience!! I almost have to pinch myself because this type of service is a rare experience. I cannot express how thoroughly pleased I am not only with a GREAT product, but most of all the genuine, personal desire to satisfy the customer. Outstanding product, Exceptional customer service!!! I love that my Ella Bella straightener is very easy to use and does a great job straightening my hair. I have red hair, which is very thick and Curley. Which has been hard to manage.
