Love it... best gift to myself and my home! We are a family that don't warm food in the microwave. We haven't been using that in about 6 years. As I don't do a lot of cooking with my stove it took a while to find something to cook in these. Since I didn't really have much I decided to make an egg and rice casserole with cheese and it came out as you would expect it to. It didn't stick to the surface of the bakeware and it was easy to clean. I've never used ceramic so I'm being extremely careful to use only plastic and rubber utensils as I'm not sure how tough the surface it. I would like to make other things in these as they've proven to be quite useful in the first use. Quality of the bakeware is good and they keep heat really well so food stays nice and hot for a bit longer than if you used Pyrex. Overall I like it. It's a gripe more than anything, but if these came in black for review I would've preferred that. ... show more
